German Arenas Arias, Clarity’s country representative in Colombia, has informed us that a bill will shortly be presented to the Colombian Congress with the objective of protecting the right of people to understand the law and justice and promoting the use of plain language. German works as an advisor in the House of Representatives and his Congressman leads the initiative. He is also working on a “Plain Language Network” between two universities and four public institutions in Colombia.
